NEXT has participants from the Nordic road authorities, from both states and municipalities. The overall aim is to provide information about current developments within the area of traffic control and to identify common needs for new developments. The group meets twice per year. Once every third year a two day conference is arranged in Stockholm, typically with 160 participants from the Nordic countries. The next conference will be in 2014.
